How appointment booking works

With a calendar connected, you can ask ALMYSS, typed or spoken, to find free time, check whether a time works, or list what is coming up. It names the meetings that clash.

When you confirm, it creates the event, provided you have granted calendar write access. It checks for conflicts first.

A booking taken on the phone by the caller agent is recorded as a request for you to confirm; it never lands on your calendar silently.

Automated reminder, reschedule and no-show sequences are planned and not yet built.
