AI Team: what the statuses mean

Active, Setup needed, Ready for data and Planned, and the roster behind them.

Your AI Team is a roster of agents with statuses computed from what is actually connected.

  • Active: the agent has what it needs and is working.
  • Setup needed: a source or channel has to be connected first, for example a phone channel for Call Recovery.
  • Ready for data: the agent is built and waiting for records to arrive.
  • Planned: not built. The product says so rather than pretending.

Today the roster is Call Recovery, Cash Recovery, Appointment Automation, FAQ and Support, Churn Prevention, Internal Reporting, Lead Scoring and SHADOW. Review Response, Onboarding and Content Repurposing are planned and not built. No agent ever invents activity.
