Your first morning with ALMYSS

What happens between asking for a seat and reading your first Brief.

Onboarding is by request. Ask for access from the website; a person reads every request and answers when there is a seat that fits.

Once you have a seat, you sign in with Google or a magic link and create your workspace. Then you connect the sources ALMYSS reads. Each connection says exactly what it will read before you grant it.

  • Email and calendar: Google (read-only scopes) or Microsoft 365.
  • Optionally a financial source: a bank connection through Plaid, or invoices and transactions imported as CSV.
  • Optionally a phone channel (Twilio), which the phone-based agents need before they can do anything.

The next morning your Brief is waiting: what needs your attention, today annotated, meetings to prepare, what changed overnight, and what you are waiting on. Every line cites the records it came from.

Nothing is sent to anyone, ever, without your approval. ALMYSS is read-only by policy; the only things that can reach a customer are proposed on an approval card and wait for a yes from an owner or admin.
