Your data: what ALMYSS will never do

The rules on customer data, written before the first customer.

ALMYSS holds the most sensitive artifact in business life, the inbox of the person in charge, and its rules were written at the founding so they could not be mistaken for marketing.

  • Customer data is never sold, shared or monetised. Revenue comes from subscriptions.
  • No shared or foundation model is trained on one customer's private data for another customer's benefit.
  • Nothing in a customer's systems is sent, modified or deleted without an explicit, separate, revocable write grant, and every such action still waits for approval.
  • There is no named-individual employee surveillance, productivity scoring or covert monitoring, including for the customer who asks for it.
  • Every tenant table is isolated by deny-by-default row security, proven by tests that cannot be skipped.

If ALMYSS ever fails its own rules, customers hear it first, completely, and fast.
