How approvals work
What an approval card says, who can approve, how long it lasts, and what is recorded.
Anything that would reach a customer stops on an approval card first: a text, a call, an invoice follow-up, a public link. The card names exactly what would happen.
- Only owners and admins can approve.
- An approval lapses on its own after fifteen minutes.
- Your yes is re-checked at the moment of acting, never trusted from a cache.
- Approve or decline, the decision is written to the audit trail.
Humans and AI agents act under one permission model. No actor, silicon or otherwise, can take an action a person could not audit, attribute and reverse.
