How billing, the trial and cancelling work

Plans are priced per seat per month: Starter is $49 for one seat; Professional is $99 a seat with three seats included and up to five; Business is $149 a seat with ten included and up to twenty-five. Enterprise is agreed with you.

Payments are handled by Paddle, our payment partner, in its secure checkout. ALMYSS never sees your card.

When self-serve checkout is open, each self-serve plan starts with a 7-day trial. A card is required to start it, nothing is charged for 7 days, and the plan is then billed monthly unless you cancel first. Each workspace gets one trial. Today onboarding is by request, and your plan is agreed with you when you get a seat.

• Billing in the app shows your plan, seats, usage and invoices, and opens Paddle's own customer portal to update your payment method.
• Cancelling is done from Billing. The plan keeps running to the end of the period you have paid for, and you can undo the cancellation before then.
